That lets us plan cabling, equipment locations and power before layouts are fixed, so the technology can be properly concealed rather than worked around later. We also join projects already on site, and help with existing homes.

Yes, and most of our projects work this way. We provide technical specifications, drawings and infrastructure layouts, and coordinate with the electrician and other trades so everything is in the right place before walls and ceilings are closed up.

That’s the aim. Technology should make a home more comfortable, not more complicated. Sometimes that means one integrated control system; sometimes a few well-chosen systems that each do their job well. We’ll recommend whichever suits the house and the people living in it.

Yes. We regularly take on installations by other companies, whether to fix problems, upgrade equipment or get systems working together properly. We’ll tell you honestly what’s worth keeping.

Every project includes 12 months of support from completion. After that, you can choose an ongoing maintenance package or call us when you need us. We also help with upgrades as technology moves on.

We’re Savant-authorised and work extensively with Lutron, Rako, Control4 and Ubiquiti, among others. We choose equipment to suit each project rather than pushing one brand.

We design and install CCTV, video entry and access control, and integrate them with your intruder and fire alarm systems. Alarm systems themselves are best installed by accredited specialists, and we coordinate closely with them or can recommend a firm we trust.
